Buxus Microphylla “Faulkner”

Common name: Buxus – Boj.

This is an evergreen shrub, a small tree which tends to reach 2 or 3 metres in height. The leaves are a bright green colour, 10–25 mm. long, oval in shape with a round tip.

These are used as hedges, in flower beds or even pots. They are ideal because pruning works well on them and they can be cut into a range of shapes. They are often cut to form animal shapes or to create thick hedges.
This plant is very easy to grow and can be placed in the sun, semi-shade or shade. It is super resistant to high and low temperatures, as well as plagues and disease.

Origin: Japan and Taiwan.
Average watering. Sun, semi-shade or shade.
